About This Project

In February 2023, I designed this scenario-based eLearning to support managers with learning the soft skill of active listening. In this scenario lesson, managers learn the components of active listening and understand the importance of active listening when meeting with their employees. Within this scenario-based lesson, managers are able to practice active listening and correct any mistakes in a safe environment.
